经济贸易学院93校友“圆梦”奖学金是沈阳工业大学原经济贸易学院93级校友储鹏于2010年发起（2010至2012年只定向发放励志奖学金），之后沈阳工业大学原经济贸易学院93级校友王鹰、王成栋、柳潇、吕俊明、朱志鹏同学先后加入捐赠队伍，并于2013年共同出资正式设立的。
设立奖学金的目的是为激励母校学生逆境成才、勤奋学习，努力进取，报效祖国，服务社会，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。
开云平台受各位捐赠人委托，为充分发挥经济贸易学院93校友“圆梦”奖学金激励学生全面发展的作用，按照《中华人民共和国公益事业捐赠法》有关规定，充分听取各位捐赠人的意愿，现制定沈阳工业大学经济贸易学院93校友“圆梦”奖学金评审规定，内容如下：
一、评审标准：
1. 热爱社会主义祖国，拥护中国共产党的领导。
2. 遵守学校规章制度，诚实守信，遵纪守法，在校期间无违反校纪的记录。
3. 积极参加学校组织的各项活动和公益活动，乐于奉献、勇于担当、积极向上，能够体现当代优秀大学生形象。
4. “圆梦”优秀学生奖学金要求申报学生在校期间学习成绩优异，无正在重修科目，在学校、学院各项活动中表现突出，目前担任学院团委学生会、班级主要干部，通过国家英语四级考试。（当年度获国家奖学金和省政府奖学金者除外）。
5.“圆梦”创新创业奖学金要求学生学习成绩优异，积极参与科技活动，获得过省级创新创业科技比赛三等奖以上荣誉或在核心期刊发表过学术论文。
6. “圆梦”励志奖学金要求学生为本年度学校认定的家庭经济困难困难学生。
二、奖励对象：
按照捐资人意愿，本校友奖学金发放对象为：
1、“圆梦”优秀学生、创新创业奖学金的奖励对象为沈阳校区会计学、经济学、金融学、国际经济与贸易、金融工程、工商管理专业大学（本科）三年级同学。
2、“圆梦”励志奖学金发放对象为上述六个专业各个年级同学。
三、奖学金分类及名额：
沈阳工业大学经济贸易学院93校友“圆梦”奖学金分为：
1、“圆梦”优秀学生奖学金，每年评选4至6人，发放标准为1500—2500元/人；
2、“圆梦”创新创业奖学金，每年评选1至3人，发放标准为1500—2500元/人；
3、“圆梦”励志奖学金，每年评选6至10人，发放标准为1500—2500元/人。
四、奖学金评审程序:
1、依据分配名额，“圆梦”励志奖学金由负责学生工作的领导及年级辅导员提供家庭经济困难的学生名单并审核，提交校友评审委员会备案。
2、符合“圆梦”优秀学生和创新创业奖学金条件的学生提交申请后，由93级校友组成的评审委员会根据人围者提供的有关材料进行评议，并按获奖人数1:2的比例提供候选人名单，予以公示。
3、“圆梦”优秀学生、创新创业奖学金者候选人必须参加学院组织的公开演讲，由学院、校友组成的评审组进行评审，采用无记名投票方式，当场揭晓评选结果，并张榜公布。
4、获得“圆梦”优秀学生奖学金者必须参加学院组织的颁奖仪式。
五、评选时间
申请人完成申请表（见附件）填写后，于4月1日前交给班级负责人 ，由班级负责人上交14级辅导员老师，清明节假期返校后开始评选工作。
